Arsenal jackets provides world wide shipping service. Free shipping to UK, USA and Canada for web orders. Shipping charges for order from around the world cost $39.99. Our delivery service is available for both domestic and international customers.

  • The shipping duration of each order is between 15 to 17 working days after the processing stage. All orders will be finalized and dispatched within 10 days from the UK warehouse.

Any changes in the status of your order will be informed to you soon via SMS or email to your given contact details. Due to some rush hours or holiday season you may be able to undergo a minor holdup in some deliveries. If you endure this slight delay, don’t feel hesitant and email us on care@arsenaljackets.com.

Shipping:

Our products are manufactured on order. All the warehouses are situated in Southampton, UK only. The fast shipping route is chosen for instant delivery service plus we send out the deliveries from the Royal Mail for both domestic and international orders.

  • You may experience a little delay in deliveries due to some uncertain and unfortunate circumstances. like how the whole world experience during COVID-19 time period.
  • Any changes in the delivery address may increase the duration of expected delivery time.
  • You may have to bare extra shipping fee if you require your parcel to be delivered to remote areas.

No order can be delivered to P.O Boxes. Import duty taxes will only depend upon your country’s policy.

Rush Orders

All Rush Orders are prioritized with cost $39.99 or more. If there is an urgency for shipping, the customer must notify us via email so that we can advise an expected delivery time . Plus the facility of cancellation of order is not available for rush orders. For rush orders we charge $39.99.​

Custom Made Orders:

Custom orders may take a little longer than usual expected deliveries. All custom made order require 3 weeks to be delivered.

 

Tracking Information:

All the tracking information will be updated to the customer. Any progress or delay in the order will be informed immediately to the customers contact details.

 

Receiving:

It’s the customers responsibility to be available at the shipping address to receive the parcel. If not then the customer must arrange a pick up or request delivery from the courier company.

When placing an Order must enter a correct shipping address. In case of any misinformation, contact us through our email address by mentioning the correct shipping address. Issue will be settled immediately if a tracking number has not been issued yet. Otherwise a postage fee will be generated depending on your mailing country.
