It’s a humble request to all out customers that Arsenal Jackets offer a wide range of exquisite outfits that under go master craftsmanship. In order to continue a similar and innovative range we have advised the following return and exchange policy that must be considerable. You may find minor variations when compared in real, hand made clothing and digital pictures may have a difference of shade.

Arsenal Jackets is mastering in the provision of quality goods that are praise worthy. We excel in the delivery of high quality outfits that do not compromise on fabric. Any order which is unsatisfactory and below the given standards of Arsenal Jackets will be given compensation after thorough research.
Return Requests
In order to request a return or refund, email us on our email address so that a customer service representative and deal and resolve your query. You must mention your order number and the purpose for demanding a return. The customer must pay the return postage fee as Arsenal Jackets is not responsible to bare that.
The Return & Exchange Policies
- Return requests are only applicable if the customer has informed us within 15 days of receiving the order. Email us at arsenaljackets@gmail.com For further queries.
- Eligible and legitimate return request will be entertained. The prerequisites are that the item must have it’s tags attached, should not be worn, no damage or defect to be detected. If the item fails to meet the criteria of return, the request may be rejected and will not move forward.
- Any modification on order details will be entertained after the immediate 12 hours of placing the order. You will receive an order confirmation email that will mention all the details submitted by the customer.
- Only one return is acceptable for size change per item.
- It must be ensured that return address is mentioned right to prevent any haphazard situation. The tracking information must also be given by the customers to know the whereabouts of the order.
- It is our priority to fulfill the demands of our customers and satisfy their needs. We wish to serve the best.
Reasons For The Rejection Of Return Requests
Any discontinued item is not applicable for return.
Any on-sale article cannot be returned if the sale is over.
Custom-made outfits designed especially on your measurements will not be Custom-made a return.
Damaged/used or worn outfit is not returnable.
Limited editions are dismissed for returns.
Exchange requested beyond the given time frame will not be entertained.
Any items updated in the sale page is not applicable for return/ exchange or refund.

Shipping Details
Shipments may take up 15 to 17 days, any delay could occur due to material unavailability that situations that are beyond our control.
